Welcome! So glad you stopped by. My hope is that your visit means you are interested in your health and fitness and learning more about how you can create the lifestyle you want both in mind, body, and life. I created this blog as a way to provide some insights to my own fitness experiences, provide information and guidance, and to serve as an accountability and motivational tool for myself and for others. I'm also hopeful that this blog will serve not just as a forum for fitness and health but life overall. Of course, many hours of my day are NOT spent working out or keeping the family healthfully fed. I find a balanced life for me means always learning and exploring a variety of interests and I have found that I have discovered some of my most valued lessons and interests through others. As I discover things I'd like to share, we'll do that here too. My hope is that you'll always find something new a useful here. If I can enhance even one person's life in some small way, that would make me eternally grateful and happy.

Catie is a group fitness instructor and is certified in Les Mills BodyPump and BodyFlow, as well as AFAA Aqua Fitness and Fluidity Barre certifications. She is passionate about fitness and health. She loves trying new programs and daydreams of opening her own fitness studio...someday! She is wife to an amazing husband, and Mom to two incredible sons. Fur children include two crazy dogs and the world's greatest cat.
